Managing Director:
Rhys Thomas

Rhys started his career in music video and TV advertising production, working with acts such as Kylie, U2 and Robbie Williams and clients such as Deloitte & Touche, Pepsi and British Telecom amongst others.

Rhys has also worked on projects for Sky TV, Radical Media, Discovery Channel and Channel 4 and with such notable directors as Paul Weiland, Gerard de Thame and Tarseem. He continued his career in Sydney on TV commercials and music videos.

On returning to Europe, Rhys worked in financial management raising finances for various international corporations. His success in this sector, combined with his production experience led Rhys to form Full Circle Films, where he is responsible for the company’s strategic, financial and sales management.

Creative Director:
Gareth Maxwell Roberts

Gareth is a founding director of Full Circle Films. He wrote, directed and was a producer of the recently completed feature film, the multi award-winning Kill Kill Faster Faster (2007).

He produced, wrote and directed the award-winning short film How To Breed Gibbons, which was screened at a number of festivals in Europe including Edinburgh and Raindance. He is currently writing and developing the feature projects, Flush and House of Mayhem. His next feature film The Mortician 3D is currently in post-production at Molinare in London.

Gareth has previously directed hundreds of commercials and music videos working alongside Michael Seresin and Alan Parker at the seminal UK production company BFCS. He has directed concert films, music and dance documentaries for MTV and Channel Four.

  

Non-Executive Director: 
William G. Thomas

William has a background in both the private and the public sector. From university, he joined Procter & Gamble as a marketing trainee.

His commercial experience continued in Montreal in an advertising agency working for blue chip companies such as Pfizer and Nestle Foods. On returning to London, William formed his own agency, GTA Advertising Ltd where he is Chairman.

In the public sector, William was a trustee of his local authority pension fund, held school governorships and was a board member of the internationally acclaimed ‘Tricycle Theatre’.

William will take a strategic role within Full Circle Films with a special remit for corporate governance, fiscal propriety and government legislation.

Communications Manager:
Clare Tutte

Clare pursued a career in publishing after graduating from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design. Whilst studying Clare worked in promotions for the Redgrave Theatre. She then became Advertising Manager to an independent publisher of specialist trade titles based in London.

Clare moved into magazines & newspaper advertising for two of the UK’s largest independently owned publishers, Archant Media Group and Johnston Press, dealing with clients such as Bang & Olufsen, HMV, Foxtons and House of Fraser. This also included journalism as a features writer and restaurant reviewer.

Clare has responsibility within Full Circle Films for developing and managing PR and Communications.
